Descripció general:
TLP280 i TLP280−4 és un acoblador molt petit i prim, adequat per a muntatge en superfície en aplicacions com ara mòdem de fax PCMCIA, controladors programables.
TLP280 i TLP280−4 consisteixen en un fototransistor, acoblat òpticament a dos díodes emissors d'infrarojos d'arsenur de gal·li connectats en paral·lel invers, i poden funcionar directament amb corrent d'entrada de CA.
